USPTO's move toward hell-on-earth averted

At the eleventh hour, a federal judge tells the bureaucrats to take a hike. Nice to know that the executive branch doesn't have an absolute license to tyrannically impose its will on the people. This is what the court system looks like when it's working properly. Too bad that doesn't happen more often.
